TRIPOLI, May 18 - A bomb exploded near the embassies of Saudi Arabia and Algeria in Tripoli, the capital of Libya, on Saturday, diplomatic sources told.The explosion was apparently caused by a homemade bomb, causing damage to a nearby car. So far, there have been no reports of casualties, the sources said.
